L’OREAL PARIS GOLD OBSESSION COLLECTION

Hi Munchkins,

Do you want a total new makeover just with a pair of LIPSTICK?? or that HIGHLIGHT on you cheek?, then I am sure you gonna love this blog for your new look.

So, recently I am obsessed with lot many beauty products and brands.

L’Oreal is a brand that keeps on coming up with new ranges and products every now & then. The latest is Gold Obsession Collection that includes 7 Lipsticks, 1 eyeshadow palette & 2 nail polishes. The teasers were enough to excite me and I couldn’t stop myself from swatching all the products the moment they reached me.

It includes –

  • 7 glamorous shades of lipsticks infused with 24 karat gold
  • The La Palette Gold, an exclusive symphony of 10 gold sprinkled eyeshadows
  • 2 beautiful shades of nail paint

The lipsticks reminded me of L’Oreal Color Rich Star Collection however the packaging of these lipsticks is gorgeous ! Gold & Black ombre with shade indicator in front. There are 7 shades including one gold shimmery one. Formula of all the lipsticks is smooth & sheer, with visible gold flecks. The texture feels very moisturising and the shimmer doesn’t feel gritty whatsoever.

G101 Le Gold – Its a pure gold shimmery shade. Can be used alone or as a top coat to add shimmer.

C601 Coral Gold – A bright coral orange, quite neon

P601 Rose Gold – Rosy Pink, a bit bright

R601 Rouge Gold – Warm Toned Red

RB602 Scarlet Gold – Deep Red

M601 Mocha Gold – Deep almost burgundy brown

PM601 GL’s Plum Gold – A deep plum

L’Oreal Paris LA Palette Gold

The palette packaging is similar to previous LA Palette with a sleek shiny black case and a mirror inside. The palette also comes with a brush which is a dual ended one, one side has sponge applicator other is a brush.

The colors in La Palette Gold are all shimmery jewel toned.

Texture is these eyeshadows is powdery with loads of shimmer. Some darker shades have good color payoff but lighter shades fail to show up on bare skin. I guess an opaque colored base would be the best way to make these work. I haven’t tried them on eyes so can’t say anything about the blend ability etc.

Until next time, love to all-  Stay connected loves:) Find me on www.instagram.com/thedreamctchr
