Hey Loves, back with some sweetness this time.  So, as you all know how much I love desserts. Maybe, we all just love desserts right?

Recently, I visited Pune for The Stylecracker Event hosted by Colors Infinity. Also, had a shoot over there and was in Pune for 2 days.

Let me tell you my yummiest dessert experience. I spotted this tiny little bakery knows as ‘CAKE DIOR’ while passing through the street and the plush white decor from the outside caught my eye. The petite place has a very French charm to it, with all the French windows and all white shelves. Cake Dior is an elegant patisserie offering ‘signature and custom’ cakes / desserts.

Harshita Shorewala, the creative mind and founder started Cake Dior as a home based patisserie in 2014. They opened doors in 2017 with their first store located in Koregaon Park, Pune that offers visitors to walk in and spoil themselves to a confectionary masterpiece

On one side there was a display of the prototype cakes that one can choose from and on the up front there’s display of pastries, cheesecakes, macrons and cupcakes. Needless to say the bakery is treat to the eye and the taste buds. I ordered New York cheesecake, a cookie and Chocolate Cupcake. The New York cheesecake was like Christmas in my mouth.

I was stumbled upon the space and the interiors. This one bakery shop caught my eye since I visited Pune. The water melting experience with the pastries and cupcake was amazing. My eyes are stuck upon that chandelier and corner with cakes.

Also, the most amazing thing is they have a website name www.cakedior.in where you can get all customised cakes and orders.

Address: Road No. 1, North Main Road, Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra 411001

Have a look into their page and order yours. Sharing some of the moments while I was at Cake Dior.

Hi loves,How have you been?

You all might have heard about a “PONCHO” right? Who says it’s only for winter?!?

A poncho in a cotton knit, merino wool, or cashmere will have nice drape while still adding warmth when layered over other tops. It’s really appealing to see how a rectangular piece of fabric, with a hole in the center for you to put your head through making a statement wears among celebrities and fashion enthusiasts.

During the past few years, this trend has spread like a transmittable disease. Women around the sphere have craved for new and trendy forms of a wrap or shawl, a good-looking, light alternative of the heavy winter wears.

This craving was justified by the comeback of ponchos which proved to be modishly warm. It made a woman look elegant and chic in appearance keeping her comfortable inside. The most popular of this type of poncho is one in a sweater knit, like my cashmere poncho. These can be of most any fabric and most any weight. This look is a great casual or weekend way to wear a poncho.

Fall and other season essentials consist of many things-heavy knits, layering pieces and cozy textiles. Thankfully, one key garment combines all these things in one: PONCHO

They are the most understated form of outerwear ever! Whether you’re going to class, to a dinner party or even the gym, they are the best way to cover up while sporting one of the chicest styles. It has to be in wardrobe so I got my hands on this poncho top from www.goswankyy.com

Goswankyy strives to provide a swanky and amazing collection to their customers. They have really exciting offers collection of different varieties of clothing and accessories like dresses, shrugs, tops, ponchos, bottoms and much more. I really loved their collection and I got my hands on this knitted poncho with red and cream combination and some pompom attached to it.

Bcoz, be it any season ponchos are always in. The winter look tend to be a binnie, the poncho, thigh high socks and boots and the spring look is all about some cute smile and wearing the same with shorts and  a hat !

A gold pendant and cuff add shine while also weighing down the poncho to better show your shape; a bag with texture or a contrast color will add the necessary pop to the clean look.

If not mixed and matched properly, it may look bulky, so extra care must be taken to keep the bottom-wear minimal. They can be well combined with shorts, cropped pants or fitted jeans.

Hii loves,

It’s been long I haven’t uploaded the blog. Since its march ending I am having more workload in my office. Nevertheless I am here today, as you all might know I am turning towards the ethnic wear more this season. And obviously Why not because its summer?!!

A season with hot trends and cool styling is here. In a period of short span, women’s summer dresses have shown wonders in the fashion industry and are even doing the same. So, have a blast this summer season with this unbelievable fashion trend.

Well, being a shopaholic and always searching about the trends online i was searching on the google for Banarasi saree from Varanasi, Patola from Gujarat and many more and stumbled upon this website called www.theloom.in

The Loom brings you all the beautiful Indian handcrafted products direct from the artisans from all over India. Their products include ,Sarees, Accessories, Apparel, Jewellery and more.

The products are hand-picked and unique with highest quality, designs are sophisticated, fresh and exciting So, if you are looking for something with an eclectic vibe, log in to The Loom, start shopping and tick all the boxes in your wish list at one go.

So, I got this tie and dye dress from the loom and it totally has become one of my favourite this season. Loving the fit, material, prints, colors and the look it gives after wearing it !

Tie-dye is the practice of dying fabrics by utilizing a specific resist dying process. It’s a strategy in which selected areas of fabric are bound or tied in a specific pattern with rubber bands, clamps, or strings so as to resist color when the material is immersed in a dye bath. Thereafter, dye is then applied to the material not being bound with string or rubber bands. With this, the banded area will withstand the dye, making a certain pattern on the material.

Since each design is always different and one can’t forecast the end result with certainty, the surprise is an element of the excitement. Fold here and there and be shocked with the design you get resurrects clothing. Tie-dyeing is a good way to give new life to an old or stained t-shirt. In other words, this process gives a new face to your old clothes and is also a great way to recycle.

This tie and die dress comes up with a subtle green print shrug on it. It has a cotton knitted material and we can wear either as a shrug or an ethnic coat to complete the look.

This trend is never-ending.

I created a soft and subtle ethnic look adding a pair of nose ring, heels and the choker neckpiece with an addition of an oxidised jewellery ! You can definitely rock the outer shrug layering with your western outfits or just add as a wardrobe statement to every clothing type you need.

Stay tuned loves. 🙂

Hii loves, So I am invitng a guest posts on my blog too !  To help my readers explore the world. This is the guest post regardnig a travel series.

Author Bio:

Rohit Agarwal a traveller and blogger is of the same opinion and he has enumerated several such places in his blog Trans India Travels

Usually it is during a school trip, college tour, friends jaunt, a family picnic, or a cousin’s only outing that people travel in groups.Travelling in a group has a different kind of thrill to that of travelling solo or just as a couple. Choose some activities to do at this time so that the bonding with each member of the group becomes stronger. An unexplored destination with a less crowd will add to the pleasure.

This list may help you pick some good places.

Nestled amidst the Himalayan slopes, Tosh is a less frequented quaint village in Himachal Pradesh. Indulge your visual senses as you take on the Tosh valley trek, a trail that will take you across the periphery of the mighty Himalayas. A village at the end of the Parvati Valley in Himachal Pradesh, Tosh is situated at a height of 7,874ft and leads to the beautiful Pin Parvati Pass. The Tosh River here is an offshoot of the Parvati River, which suckles into the main river at Pulga. As a group, you can go trekking on these slopes and explore the pristine beauty of the village and have a view of the snow clad mountains. A stay in the wooden houses in the serene atmosphere will be revitalizing.

Tucked between the barren hills, Dhar in Madhya Pradesh is not a regular tourist spot yet it offers a lot to the visitor. Lakes, architectural structures, old embankments, forts and so on take you on a historical path.Dhar is located in the Malwa region of western Madhya Pradesh state in central India. It is the administrative headquarters of Dhar District. The town is located 33 miles (53 km) west of Mhow, 908 ft (277 m) above sea level. It is picturesquely situated among lakes and trees surrounded by barren hills, and possesses, besides its old ramparts, many interesting buildings, both Hindu and Muslim, some of them containing records of cultural and historical importance. For a good family time just picnic nearby the lake singing, dancing, savouring the local cuisine and viewing the spectacular vistas around.

Chopta is also known as “Mini Switzerland“, and is getting popular year after year. Chopta Hill Station is located at an altitude of 2700 mts, in the Rudraprayag District of Uttarakhand State. Chopta is surrounded by dense forest, and offers majestic view of Snow Clad Himalayan Ranges and lush green meadows.

It is also the starting point of the trek to famous Tungnath Mandir (Panch Kedar Temple) and Chandrashila Summit . The Chopta region is rich in varied flora and fauna, with plenty of Rhododendron and Deodar trees all around.

Hidden amidst the snow-covered mountains and thick forests in Uttarakhand is Chopta a village not to be missed. Go hiking with friends amidst the towering trees, mystical meadows and the snowy backdrop of the Himalayas. Deori Tal, Ukhimath, Musk Deer Sanctuary are a must visit places to enjoy an outing as group.

This beautiful rocky hill range is situated at about 1226 Meters (4021ft.) high in Kolar district around Bangalore.Mystic caves, volcanic rocks, hilly terrains, rocky slopes all in one place that is Anthargange Karnataka. Take camping equipment when you visit this place during your college tour or family outing. Camping here amidst the lap of nature and getting back to the primitive lifestyle will take you away from the humdrum of the city life and leave you refreshed.

Positioned in the midst of the evergreen forests of Western Ghats Is Wayanad. Hire a boat and go riding with friends in the fresh water Pookot Lake lying at the pedestal of the hills here. Rare species of birds, insects, and animals have made the forests here their habitat. Sighting them along with the lush green vegetation will be a good pastime.

These are some the famous places to visit in group or with family if you are planning this year !

Love to all 🙂
